Meet My Team: Denver, Cherry Hills and Lowry Colorado home buying, real estate listings, and homes for sale in Denver County, CO
Welcome > About Me > Meet My Team ...

Our Team Is On YOUR Side!

The Frankmore Realty Group was founded in 2000 by Amy Frankmore as a full service real estate company. After working in the mortgage industry and seeing the dismal customer service provided by most realtors, she decided she could do it better - and for six years she has. There is only one goal for the Frankmore Realty Group: To provide unsurpassed customer service, knowledge and experience to clients selling and buying real estate.

Meet the Team

Our team has extensive experience in marketing  and contracting residential real estate. I have a vast network of qualified buyers I can call on to sell your home and state-of-the-art technology to market your property locally, regionally and nationally. On top of all that, I  keep up with the market conditions that may impact your property value.

Amy Frankmore -- Amy Frankmore is a Licensed Broker in the State of Colorado and has been in the real estate industry for 6 years.  She has extensive experience in brokering, financing and marketing residential real estate. Before becoming a full service Broker, she worked as a loan officer and retail salesperson.

Other team members include two buyer's assistants, a transaction manager and a full time marketing director. With the help of her team, Amy can provide unsurpassed customer service and focus on the most important part of real estate, negotiating and selling.

Real Estate Tips
First Time Buyers >The Down Payment

Perhaps no single decision in a real estate purchase has more variables than "How much money do I put down?" Conventional wisdom centers around either putting down as much as you can or as little as the lender allows.

If you put down a large payment, you get some leverage with the lender, such as little or no mortgage insurance, a good equity position, and perhaps a preferred mortgage deal. You will also have lower mortgage payments. One potential disadvantage of a large down payment is that you will be using after-tax dollars on which you could be earning interest. You will also have less tax-deductible interest.

When you buy a home with a low down payment, you will have more tax deductible interest, and your investment value percentage will increase faster. You will have little equity at the outset, and your monthly mortgage payments (and perhaps your interest) will be higher. However, you will also keep more of your own money in hand to potentially earn more interest in other investments.
